What we collect at the counter, why, and how to have it removed. Short, because we collect very little.

That is the complete list of all collected information. We do not collect your home address, your date of birth, or any payment details through this form at anytime. All Card payments are handled by Square payment processing and never pass through our systems.
Why
We track your visits so we can recognize who deserves VIP perks... Then we may send occasional VIP offers by text to those deserving VIP individuals. Clicking that check box is never a condition of buying anything.......Receiving special deals can ONLY happen "IF" you clicked the EMAIL OPT--IN check box and then confirmed your email by clicking the link you received
Text messages
We use a two-step confirmation. clicking the box asks us to text you once; you are only added to the list after you tap the link in that message. If you never tap it, we never text you again. Our Haus of Dyms messaging program is for those 21 and over, because our messages may reference alcohol.
We do not sell, rent or trade any information ever ! Your Mobile information is never shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep your info
Until you ask us to remove it. Unsubscribing stops the messages; email us and we delete your complete record from our database
Your choices
Remove yourself any time at hausofdyms.xyz/#optout, or reply STOP to any text. Ask us what we hold about you and we'll tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Children
This is not intended for anyone under 21, and we will never knowingly collect information from anyone younger than 21 years of age

If this policy changes, we'll update with the change with the latest updated date below.
